In the game you get ap rewards for doing a raid a certain number of times. The ap value in the chart is the damage in milons you have to do for it to count towards the achievement points for that raid. The 2e/9t means you will get 2 epic items and 9 total items. There are times where you might want max epics but that is not as efficient as doing 2e/9t on a bunch of raids.
